Weston A. Price Foundation annual "Wise Traditions" conference, Sheraton National Hotel, Arlington, VA, May 3-4, 2003. The subject of this year's conference is heart disease, specifically, "Exposing the Fallacy that Cholesterol and Saturated Fat Cause Heart Disease." The conference always showcases delicious natural foods.

"Diabetes University" at Montgomery College 9:00 a.m. to noon, Saturday, May 10, 2003. This is co-sponsored by the Diabetes Action Research and Education Foundation and the Marriott Hospitality Center at Montgomery College.
In the third hour of the program, Sara Ducey, Assistant Professor of Nutrition, will speak about the benefits of the good fatty acids in grassfed meats, and I will speak briefly about our farm and our farming methods. Then Sara and I will provide a sampling of West Wind Farm's hamburger patties.
